tape adhesive makes my max ugly! help!

the pervious owner of my 92 se must have had some duct tape on the window, and i can see some scotch tape on it i cant get off...what can i do to make my windows adhesive free? thanks a lot.

Use a razor blade, first lubricating the glass with any glass cleaner. That will definitely do the trick, and to a lesser degree (when most of it is already removed by the blade) steel wool will be helpful.

Make sure to use #0000 steel wool. A more abrasive grade would scratch the glass.

I had a windshield sticker on my car and i took it off by using a blow dryer to warm the glue up and then alcohol. Turned out spotless. Just don't use alcohol on anything except glass.
