Question about TSB's

I think my 02 Maxima falls under the TSB regarding the 1-2nd gear slipping. If i take my car to nissan to look at this and have it fixed is it covered by them or will i have to pay to have this fixed. My car has 42000 miles so it is out of warrenty. If i dont fix this, do you think i will have a long term problem. it does not happen all the time but i am sure you guess have seen that any help would be great

Try changing the tranny fluid first. If you are out of warranty, count on a big bill for looking at an auto tranny. It never hurts to ask though.
