I just received the Stillen Lip and is not a perfect fit.. Now what.... any write up available???? on how to correct the problem... It came with a lot of bolts Do I have to use them.... any suggestions.... before I send it out for paint...

Have it professionally installed.

 

My painter basically rip you off in price and don't want to install it. Will keep looking to see if anyone wants to install it.....

 

Yes, it is from Stillen, it came in a box and is all Fu..@#d up... but I left in my room last night and now it looks better.. will put in the sun tomorrow and see wha happen...

it does fit. you think it doesn't, but it does. it's not supposed to pop on. my guess is that when you put it on, it's not reaching around the end. it's real tight, but force it and it will fit.

 

if the gaps dont go right into your air vents .. just shave the gaps a bit with a razor and it will fit..
same thing happend to mine.

 

You are right on the money...... so by forcing it it will go...

 

i would suggest you take it to some place where they KNOW wtf a lip/body kit.

I tried to go budget on installation, and they fuxxed it up.

don't make the mistake i did........even if it cost more money, just do it from a reputable shop where they did some body kit or lip installs before.

check on my cardomain page, the pic of the close up, you will see that the lip was just bolted on the front bumper, it kinda looks like a bad home DIY job.
