00 maxima.after hitting the hiway in the morning i notice that he transmission takes a long time to swith from 3rd to 4th gear.after about 15 mins it changes.the overdrive is on.does anyone know why this is happening?

 

The lock-up tq convertor only works when the transmission is fully warmed up.
