I just received my Canon Rebel on Monday. I am just posting some night pics of my school and car to see what you guys think. Please keep the flaming to a minimum! :P I am still very much a beginner in the wonderful world of photography. It's very addicting, though. Any suggestions on how to make my pictures better will be very much appreciated.

NICE pics!!! They almost look like the could be in a magazine car add. Too bad you couldn't get some pics in front of that beautiful Cathedral, I'm sure they wouldn't appreciate you driving up on the lawn.

The pictures look great. For a "beginner" you have a really good sense of composition. Also, the car looking sweet helps too.
Was the shot of the gauges done using a tripod and longish exposure? If so, that would explain why they look so bright.
