what makes the JIC's better? not to start a fight, i really want to know before i buy. by the way if i get JIC it will be the A1 i cannot see spending $1900 for the A2's.

that is the point, neither are much better than the other. I was lucky enough to have at least seen both products. The quality and craft of the JICs are far superior from what I saw. I couldn't give you comparisons on ride quality, having not had both installed. I have the A2s and have never been happier. As with everything, you get what you pay for. Don't forget the D2s, they are mad cheap, but unproven.

where can i find the D2's really cheap? one place wants $1050 shipped, and as you said they are unproven. if anything they already have manufacturing problems. so far if the Tien SS is only about $100 more... i will go with them.

My friend got Tien coilover on his RSX. Ride is so much better than my spring/strut combo. Even nailing deep potholes, impact is less harsher than my ride. You can't go wrong w/ any big name brand coilovers. I bought D2s because they were cheaper coilovers but haven't installed yet so I can't really compare w/ other brands yet.

*****!!!! j/k, Ammi is right, any big name coilover and you will be soooooo much happier than if you got a spring strut combo. And SWA is a great place to work with, give them a call!!!
