As the title says, on my driver side i realized yesterday that the heated seat only works on my lower back, not on my A$$ area

and i am out of warranty

what should i do ?

This seems to be happening to quite a few of us in here!! I just posted on another thread on this same topic. I'm going to try and look into this next week on vacation. I'll let you know if I find anything. If I can't find anything obviously wrong, then it's going to the dealer under extended warranty.... In your case, I would check out a couple of the local auto upholstery place to see what they can do. More than likely they can fix it! If it's a bad heating coil, they should be able to replace it with a factory or aftermarket piece.

 

Mine doesn't work either, or it is just really weak.
