why do they only sell the fronts? if you want them to match, you are gonna have to spray the rears anyway, so you might as well just do what irish and blues did.

Especially if you have already bought the clear ones for 30-40 bucks, why would you pay that much more for some smoked ones. Paint them, or what I may do is put lamin-x on them when I do my taillights.

Yep. I think so too. I'm only getting front clears. I love the white and red look.

I painted mine, two coats in the rear, three up front. No drips, nice contrast with body colour(i painted mine green, but they came out looking smoked because the car is green) but they look great. If you can't see the lights, put 168 bulbs in, they are interchangeable with 194s, but they are a little brighter, 3.0 candlepower as opposed to 2.0. And yeah CM is kinda tricksy........i have been there, they aren't too knowlegeable, but because they are down the street they're convenient, even though they have nothing in stock, i was lucky to get my test pipe when i needed it. It took them like 6 weeks to get my Greddy Evo2.

But yours are true black. And Bluesbreaker used nightshades paint btw. The CM smoked corners are more smoked looking.(not jnust black spraypaint.)

Yeah, is there any way to paint them without blacking them out completely? Do you just use less coats? And, if you want the "smoked" look, is it better to paint the clears, or can you get the look with the stock lights?

Also, 44 bucks is a little steep for two tiny bumper lights. I'd much rather do it myself.
