water in vent?

ok lately i have noticed that my car kinda smells funny when i use defrost.
kinda a similar smell to one of the customers we service that had mildew in the heatin/air vents in her toyota but she had been spraying stuff in hers to keep it from getting worse...

any way is there any sort of collector for what ever moisture gets in the vent system and shouldnt it drain out the bottom of the car?

i do notice a round squishy black bladder thing under the glove box, what is that thing?

Do you use the A/C with the defrost. My smells funny when I do that, or just run the A/C for a little bit. It's usually from mildew collecting on the drain pan under the evaporator for the A/C.
