How would I pass Smog?

If I were turbocharge my car with non-CARB parts, how would I be able to pass smog. Not only that, but any parts that aren't CARB legal, is there any possible and legal way to pass smog checks?

I'm sure that he's talking about California Air Resources Board (CARB) or something to that effect. Has to do with clean air standards.

I see many people with cars that are way too fast and have to have something thats non-CARB legal and other aftermarket parts that won't pass the visual portion of smog but might pass the actual smog check. I was just wondering how those people can get through the smog check and visual w/o actually removing everything.

wow it is strick over there.

For the visaul smog test, is it as it sounds, just watch the exhaust to see if there is smoke or dark smoke comming out?

I would assume for those running y-pipes ans such would just make sure the car is warmed up before getting the test done so that it would pass.
