contrary to my user name, I have a 2001 maxima. I saw the y-pipe and high flow cat deal on custommaxima.com while shopping for a new cat. It seems however that the y-pipe is for earlier models.

What I want to know is if I purchase that package will fitment be a problem? The website refers to the y-pipe as a 98-01 model when you select it in the 1998 section.

Any input would be great because I would love to be able to take advantage of this deal before it ends!

The Cattman shouldn't be a problem to install, that's the one I have, just make shure you order the right one ( federal spec or california spec )

i dont think it is a cattman y-pipe. It seems like it is made by custommaxima.com, just like the cat.
