I need to get the front lower bumper replaced on my 96 SE Max. Pearl White. I live in Indiana. Anyone have good advice as to where to get that done, or about how much it would be fair for them to charge me? Thanks a lot.

Sorry, but I have no information about body work prices. Can't help you with this one.

Since you are constricted to purchasing and painting the bumper in your local area, it's best just to get quotes from local body/paint shops. They can get the bumper and paint it.
Suggestions:
1) You might be able to get a remanufactured oem bumper. It could be cheaper. I assume cost is a factor and your paying out of your own pocket. Otherwise your/their insurance company would be handling it.
2) Pick a shop and visit. If you don't like the quality, attitude or vibes from the shop, run away.

Daniel is a very valued part of the 4-gen bbs. But even he has limits. One should consider the question and determine if it's something he can answer before posting.

Here's an option for you

"The price on a new front bumper cover already primed with the holes for fog lights costs $95.00

Rich 215-426-1117"

I haven't bought from these people so I cannot give you a reference but I found this info on ebay when they were offering a bumper cover for a GLE w/o holes for fogs. This is for an aftermarket part not OEM. I think the area code is for PA. This will give you a reference parts price when you go to a shop to get an estimate.
