filter box cracked during MAF install

filter box cracked during MAF install
so it was a cold garage and when i was moving the filter box around it cracked and about a piece about an inch fell off. So i put on a KN cone filter with adapter for now. Is this worth replacing? Keep the cone filter? Go to a hi-pro intake? suggestions?
