Do you hear the washer motor working when you're trying to spray?

How's the weather are you location? If it's kind of cold, than your windshield washer fluid froze. I had that problem in nyc. I got a botttle of cheap crap from autozone. I'm going to change it soon.

Fuild should be spelled as *fluid*. Sorry, my poor spelling >.<.

The windshield wipers did move. The fluid just doesn't come up. I live in sunny California. Forzen windshield shouldn't be the cause, and I haven't waxed my car since I bought it (What a bad carcare person!!!). I am going to try see poke the entrance of the nozzles with a safety pin. The things is that all of the 4 nozzles don't work. only the windshield vipers moved.

Thank you.

Either the motor is gone or the hose was disconnected...

Try taking the hose off from under the hood to one of the nozzles and have someone turn the spray on and see if they spray, if not the motor is dead...

Thank you, goodhead, I don't have any budget spent on my car except fuel till next month since I just got ripped off by the dealership in Newark, CA. Here is my story: http://forums.maxima.org/showthread.php?t=370056

According to Yahoo Maps, the distance from Fremont to Richmond is 36.7 miles and needs 49 mins. Do you know any reliable mechanic in Richmond, risingmist? If you do, please let me know. Thank you.

Have you considered if your hoses are clogged, just a suggestion. Take them out and try to run fluid through them if now blow out the crud in them then re install and try again.

If you don't hear it then its dead. Not hard to replace.
1.Pull back fender splash gaurd
2. Drain fluid.
3 Remove resivoir if required for access.
4. Remove motor.
5. Install new motor.
6. Before you tuck everything away go pull on the stalk to make sure it works.
7. Put it back together and go drive in bug/snow infested areas.

D@mmit goodhead. LOL I've had a spare one taking up space in my garage too. Oh well. If anyone else needs it check the sig.

Yeah man, I use the auto for weight training. Moving the 5Spd around is like carrying a loaf of bread.

broaner- jsut looked at your web page... wow cant believe your car is so similar to mine except nicer lol, i have a 96 pebble biege gxe w/ poly filled mm, black calipers, triming of the excess stuff, and about to get racing seats, take off the egr and swap to 5sp,maybe our cars are long lost brothers? lmao

have a few questions:

do you have any pictures of the diff egr parts that needs to be removed/pluged? i know theres one on the rear header, and a few hoses jsut not sure which one

and how hard was the 5sp swap? you jsut recently did it right? cause i could have sworn you were an auto like a little while ago lol
