Throttle body cleaning question

when spraying the cleaner in the throttle body, it says make sure it's wide open. now wont the cleaner spray right into the engine??? will that hurt anything?

No, any excess will be burnt up when you start the engine after cleaning.

yeah tb cleaner-throtle body cleaner and car claener are all okay to be sparied in the intake actually they are used as secrets to strat cars up if they just wont crank so excess in there is quite alright.
