I've noticed on a couple 2000+ Maximas that the turn signal is a dark blue, almost purple. Does anyone know if those bulbs are available for the older maxima's? If so, where can I find them????

My Polarg super white bulbs are blue when they're not on, but they emit a bright white light when they are on (slight blue tint).

Is that what you're talking about?

Are you sure those aren't aftermarket bulbs. All the max's I've seen have amber colored turn signals.

Just wanted to make clear that my last post was directed towards the originator of the post and not to the first person that replied to it.

Aftermarket

I appologize for the unclarity, but yes the lights I've seen have to be aftermarket. All the new ones do come with the amber bulbs. I have hyperwhite bulbs also, but lookin' for somethin' new. Can anyone help?

You're looking for a bulb that actually emits a blue/purple light when it's on?

My local performance shop has a wide selection of colored bulbs. That would be a good place to start.

Where are you located?
