Could 350z projectors be used for a maxima

Yeah I know this sounds stupid. Can we use this z part can we use that z part but a friend of mine has two spare complete headlights housing off his z. How much work would be required to fit them in a maxima? Thanks!

Obviously the projector would have to be cut out of the housing and a new one fabricated for the maxima. The question is how much modifying and time would it take? In other words, would it be worth the work or financially smarter to buy a hid kit for the maxima?

You can use any projector. It is the retrofitting that is hard.

Alright then i would say it is not worth the time unless you are experienced with doing this stuff.

the z projector in my opinion is not the best looking projector. Not only do youhave to retro the projector you will have to fit in everythng eles behind ti cause their projectors are alittle different than the normal projectors you but off ebay or off a nother car(not talking about the cheao clear headlight)

i think it would be easier and better to do it from another set of projectors.

are they HID projectors? if so, then you'll need a ballast and some d2s bulbs plus a shroud and other stuff. If you have spare headlights and extra time might as well try.
