Need new axle's on 02 Maxima

For both driver and passenger side. It is an 02 Auto, how much should I expect to pay for parts and How much for labor?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

Also, anybody else with H-Techs and Tokico Illumina's have this problem? They're popping when wheel is turned all the way to one side or the other.

they are listed here for $468 each... ouch

However I don't think your problem is your axles. It may be the top of the springs popping against the metal brackets. There are rubber sleeves on teh top coil that wear out after a while on aftermarket suspension products. I've heard this problem on more coilovers though than regular spring strut setups.

you installed the strut mount wrong ( that is causing the poping noise)
you have to install the word "OUT" faceing out in the strut mount

no, I didn't install the struts wrong, I know all about that bearing on the top of the strut mount, it's a little plastic thing. I only get the "popping noise" when the wheel is turned hard all the way to one side and I accellerate. (Not while I'm turning the wheel.)

I've gotten that before.... but it just kinda went away... dealership checked it and said nothing was wrong.... (not that I trust them)... although, it hasn't come back since so I haven't been worrying about it...

I doubt ya need new axles because that of though....

I'm not gonna jump on anything, worse case they'll just break then I'll get new ones.

Unless your CV boots are split, you shouldn't need new CV axles for a 2002 yet.
