Noise coming near Throttle Body

Noise coming from Throttle Body area
When it is cold outside, and maybe when it is warm i am not sure since its been cold lately...i shut my car off and after 5-10 seconds being off this noise is coming from around the throttle body area like something is closing or winding down. does anyone know what i am talking about and how to fix it?
