clear corners not so clear

I noticed that my clear corner bulbs are not as white as they are supposed to be. They have a greenish tint to them and its really annoying everytime I look at it. What could the prob be?? Its not the bulbs because I changed them already to see if that was the problem.

Dollar bills inside?

Test the voltage at the bulbs, if not above 12V, pls give 'em a chance to shine...
