From what I have read this place is the best for valve covers!

This company sends you a new valve color in a vartiey of colors, inlcuding polished.

Then after you install the new one you send them your old one.

Here's the web address: http://www.jegs.com/

I hope this helps you!!!

I just painted mine Metalic Grey. I masked off the "Nissan" lettering and the black part. It came out perfect. I used quick dry engine paint.

William, did you have to sand the windshield washer fluid lid as well as the others before you painted them? Did you paint your oil filler cap blue too? Did you spray any clear coat on top of the paint? Thanks

No I did not sand ANY of the parts...I just cleaned them real good with Dawn dish detergent and let them air dry...them painted them and yes my oil filler cap is painted also.....no clear coat at all either......I have had all of these parts painted for over a year no probs either....
