I am looking at purchasing an NX Nitrous Express MainLine kit for $379 shipped. What is the diference btween a "dry" system and a "wet" system? Is there any other mods I need to run nitrous, like injectors, plugs, or do I need an ECU upgrade?

Looking for reliable HP upgrade that won't damage my Max!

Also, is the nitrous kit easy to install?

On a 2K3 wet is the only way you should go because there is no fuel return line.

I would not get he main line kit because it comes with a 9 foot hose and you need one more of about 13-14' hose. Get the normal NX kit from Nopi, its $440.

Go with a wet kit... you won't need to upgrade your injectors since the nitrous/fuel is mixed and sprayed into the intake (midpipe, after MAF). If you have the money, go with the ZEX kit or try to find one used...mine's coming in soon...

You can also just put a kit together, if you can but a bottle and two solenoids, a nozzle, and have some lines made. I had almost all of the lines for my system custom cut, and it is not that expensive. You also need a couple of switches, and relays. When you buy a kit, all it is is a bunch of these same parts in one box. The bottle is the most expensive part of the whole thing. It is real nice to have more than one bottle, so you can have back up when the first one runs out. Also nice to get your son to watch over it while you are racing...

i have the mainline kit, and i vouch for this....i had to buy a new freakin line and the lines going from my solenoids to my nozzle are so short, i had to mount the solenoids very close to the nozzle in the intake (it sucks), gotta order new lines for those...
