TPS (code 0403) no MIL

TPS (code 0403) no MIL
I had the code 0403 in the ecu. I was checking for the KS code 0304 because I am getting 4 to 5 miles LESS pergallon lately and poor acceleration. Should I replace the TPS??? any suggestions would be appreciated.
