strut question?

I know this maybee has been beating to death, but since i `m a newbie please cut me some slag... i bought a set of tein springs (s) and i need struts. i read (almost every where) that tokiko illuminas are the way to go, but i got a friend who could get me koni struts for a good price...so my question is should i wait for the illuminas or the koni struts with the tein springs are a good set up! Txs in advance.

I dont know too much about koni but I heard they were really good. If you notice on any website that sells koni, they are more expensive than the illuminas. There must be a reason. I'd say go with konis if they are adjustable.

I've not heard of very many people on here with Koni's... I know someone swore by Koni (Yellows?) but I forget who it is... the Illuminas have been tried and proven with S-techs by many people here...
