Control Arm Bushings...

My car has been handleing like crap for the last few weeks... Finally got time to look at it today and it turns out that the control arm bushings are shot. So now the question is what route to take for changing these bad boys. Shoud I just buy a control arm with the bushings in it or should I attempt to press new ones in (Have access to a shop press). This is my daily driver so I'm looking for the option thats going to give me the least down time... But if either option can be done in an afternoon then I'm down for the cheaper one. Does any one make ployurathane control arm bushings?
