PZero Nero M&S vs Toyo Proxes 4

I have the Proxes fz4 on my but I to upgrade whats shall i choose PZero Nero M&S or the Toyo Proxes 4. Or is there a better choice out there?

i heard that the pzero's are wicked loud. my friend has toyo proxes on his IS300 and it grips very well on dry surfaces.
