cold air intake

my pr cai's filter is pushed up against the plastic fender piece. if adjust the piping does not work then i was thinking about just making it into a wai. by making it into a wai, do a lose anything i guess performance wise (i know that its not a lot) or should i just sell it and get a berk or frankencar?

According to what you're saying, you wanna go from a true CAI to WAI.
By making PR CAI into WAI = DEF. some loss of power.
If you sell your PR and buy a regular WAI aka berk/frankencar, it'll still give you the same hp as PR WAI. So why go through the buy/sell trouble? Just make it a WAI and leave it.

doesn't really matter if all you have is an intake. You won't notice much power except sound.
