vibration at higher speeds? not tires...
I've searched back several pages but couldn't find the answer to my problem. I have a '99 SE with about 113k miles. The car rides fine with no problems until I get to about 50 mph then I can feel a vibration in the steering and gas pedal. I know it's not from the wheels or tires because I had them balanced with a GSP 9700 (?) machine. They didn't find any problems.
I replaced the struts and springs with KYB and Progress about 18k miles ago. I'm wondering if the ball joint or conrtol arm bushings would cause this vibration or would it be something else. I also get a little sloppiness in the steering wheel and would like to tighen that a little too. Anyone experience this also? If so, what did you do to correct it?
TIA

Also have your alignment checked.
Just wondering if there are any greese fittings to worry about? I've had the car since new and never saw any or heard of the max having any. I had the alignment done when the car was dropped. The car seems to pull in the direction of the road crowns but feel sloppy. Is it a hard job to replace to tighten the ball joints and control arms. What exactly is needed to do the work?
Thanks
Thanks
