classical question but, i shaved my Maxima sign a long time ago but i didnt shave the Nissan sign cause i thought it would leave a mark since (i think) its some sort of metal. so do you guys think i should just keep it on or finally shave it off?

 

dude- get rid of it. just make sure you some goof-off or some really deep cuttin polish, cuz i had like caked on dirt marks where the holes are. but it's no big deal, they go away. it looks sooooooo much better with out it, then again i like the "MAXIMA"

 

haha, funny how you shaved your sign and now wondering about the burger. Hell, I shaved the burger first, then I was wondering about the sign. If anything, the Maxima sign should stay and the burger should go. But really, both should go.

ya i did mine right after i went to the dentist...they gave me and my brother and mom some floss...so i had 3 boxes and i went through all 3 to get that ****en burger off but definetly worth it....and i used goo-gone i sprayed it on..left it for a few min and then started to wipe off the tape and polished it up

 

If you shave the WHOLE back end of your car...I personally think it looks ugly, maybe its sumtin that has to grow on you our sumtin but when u do it, it just looks like there is to much open space there...then again i have only seen it on trucks soooo maybe it would look different on cars, could yall maybe post a couple of pictures.

 

If the maxima didn't leave a mark then the burger shouldn't either. IMO just the burger would look horrible. Completely shaved would definitely look best if the lock was gone too, but I kind of think just the lock looks wierd...I can't decide. Anyway you should be fine taking it off.

IMO it looks good w/ just the MAXIMA and no burger, but since u got the maxima off already, just go all the way. the burger is nasty on its own. i like mine w/ no pickles.

 

It looks bloody awful without the burger and the Maxima badge, IMHO! I don't mind the look with just the burger and no badge though. But then I prefer amber corners with my Black Emerald paint job, lol! No clears for me.

 

I agree with others when thinking about shaving the hamburger was the first to go, I thought about the maxima logo but wasnt sure. I ended up photoshoping a version with maxima and no maxima. I didnt look good with the oranges in the corners.

I say put the maxima back on, the 97+ maxima on the back is smaller and one piece, but the 2k max logo might work also. I just wish you could get rid of those ambers.
