Rear brakes are making noise.. What to do?
My rear brakes kinda "hum" when I come off a stop.
I think the pads aren't fully coming off the rotors...
Does anyone else have this problem?

yes. thats what it sounds like. There is an adjustment screw in your caliper that you can turn and it will open up alittle bit more...thats for drum brakes but im positive that disk brakes will have them also.
