Brakes or ABS going??
I was driving the past few days and every so often notice a small clicking/whining noise out of the front of the right car of the car. I have also noticed the brakes have gotten a lil softer as of late. I have 77k on my car and original brakes. The noise does sound like an electrical problem maybe something with the abs.
I'm gonna get the nissan dealer to check it out but that won't be for another 2 weeks. Any suggestions? While we are on the subject of brakes. I have to go up and down 2 mountains to get to work and my brakes are worked hard and the steering wheel vibrates when the brakes are on. I assume the rotors are warped and was wondering if I should get slotted to help keep cool and long life for them. Which ones should I get and where. Thats guys!!

If your car is shaking when you brake, your rotors are probably warped. If you got them nice and hot on a mountain run, that's probably what caused them to warp. Unfortunately, the stock rotors warp fairly easily if you push them hard (and most Org members push their brakes harder than the average driver). Mine are warped pretty badly, and I'm not going to bother having them machined (or "turned"), because that will remove mass from the rotors to make them straight again, which just makes them warp more easily in the future. Slotted rotors are a good idea. I'm usually not a fan of cross-drilled rotors (they can crack/fail if they're not done right), but I'm buying a set of Stillen cross-drilled rotors because they're from a reputable company, and I found them for a decent price.
As for the click/hiss/whistle, I have no idea what that is. On my car, I have a hiss/chirp/whistle sound from the front left every time the tranny shifts, but that's because I have the Berk intake installed.

wow...77K on your original brakes combined with mountain driving? you must be pretty easy on them...i've heard horror stories of .org member's rotors warping after less than 20K!
anyways, by the sound of it, your rotors are warped, and you should get them fully replaced rather than machined/turned..

The 77k is alot of highway. :-) I hardest they were ever used was 2x at the track trying to slow down from 90mph.
