Tein H Tech Or H&R

I'm in the process of buy new springs but I'm not sure which is better and which is less stiffer? Also which one would go with better with tokico illumina that will give me a not so bumpy ride?

If you have an Auto then go with H&R's, but if you have a 5-spd then go with H-Techs.

I had the same question and started a thread on it a bit ago. You can find it on page 10 now, but it may be on a higher page by the time you read this. I hope it helps you like it did me. I'm going with the H&R's btw (I'm an auto)
