Removing door panel/Tweeter Replacement

I need the Tweeter Replacement procedure, but the pics are removed. Can somebody post this again?

here is how to remove the door trim to access the tweeter. The other way on here was IMHO too risky.
for step 2 you pry it up using something thin and plastic that won't bend easily. I used tire irons to remove bike tires...worked great and no scratches

Hehe, I disassemled the door all the way down through #6. When I hit #7, the Fuel/Trunk panel didn't want to budge and I pried on it pretty hard. I guess I wimped out. Wish I had pics of the back of the switch so I could figure how to pry in the right spot. Also, #8 references "BL-68 Front Door Lock". Could you post this document page also? If so I will try to take the door back apart this weekend. I've broken two clips prying on things and my Max isn't even two weeks old yet. At this rate I will have replaced every clip on my car except Nissan can't seem to list clips that well in their parts manual. It sucks. I bought a pair of Kicker KS13 Tweeters which are supposed to be brighter. Also bought a Infinity BassLink powered subwoofer to put in the trunk. Will be running 8 gauge Stinger wire back to the trunk. Oh yeah, I went to NAPA and looked through their clip book and ended up ordering 4 different Clip packs which all have about 9 clips each and ended up costing me $27.00. This clip fiasco has about got me ticked off. No dealership can find the darn clip and Nissan Customer Service was absolutely no help at all.

it's not that hard to get the door finisher off. You need a flat blade screw driver to disconnect the wiring harness. Have some one hold the door finisher while you look at the harness. You will see there is a tab you have to press down to unplug the two connectors.

as far as the door lever is concered there are only two cables there that you can pop off really easy. take a look at that...you should only have to remove the window switches from the door finisher.

Well, my '05 door was on pretty tight. I'll try to grow a set this weekend and try again. I am just tired of breaking clips.

there are 4 screws you will end up removing...at least on the 04. Then towards the back end of the car feel under the plastic. There will be an area where you can slip your fingers between the metal of the door and the plastic. Pull out and up at that spot as I indicate in the picture above. You will most likely pull one or two of the plastic tabs out of place. You should be able to put them back on the door finisher without any issues.
