drivers seats get abused more then the pass and rear. i bought leather from autoleathers.com . hog ringed them all down ... i noticed the ones that get less used have a pefect fit no loosness or wrinkles. drivers seat seems to have more......will this cause the leather to wear premature? also when i was Removing the drivers factory seat it didnt have the seat trap capture attached , wondered why? i used it anyway

 

yes it will cause premature wear.
find an upholstery shop and get them to do some foam to fill the space.
