Which out of all the colors 4th gens come in are you most likely not to come across.. Here in Atl I find the Reds and Rosewoods very hard to come by.

 

I've never seen a red Maxima. Didn't they just come out for 99? My Black Emerald (DJ2) is quite rare where I'm from.

 

Mine is the only one in the world this color. Is that rare enough?

i saw a crimson blaze 5th gen. on the highway the other day. Is that aftermarket or did they really have that option?

Actually, it is. I had it repainted last year. The guy started with KN6 but then added more purple and more pearl to the mix.

 

nebody can have a rare paintjob b/c everyone doesn't mix the paint the same

I agree with BlueC.....I have yet to see another Crimson Blaze Red around town.

 

my boy got a crimson blaze and that car is soo soo sexy, and ive seen one at the used car lot.

 

I'd like to see Lakeshore Blue with a drop, tint, rims, and clears... since I just bought one. Was gonna ask, but this thread will hopefully come through. I think it's probably semi-rare?

crimson red is aftermarket. they dont got that color for 5th gens. that color is gorgeous though. i always wanted a 4th gen black on black 5 spd but those things are so hard to come through around here, and if it's available, they sell mad quick! of course i rather have the crimson blaze red w/ black interior anyday

 

About the only colors I've seen regularly on Maximas are gold, silver and white. You'd think they never came in any other colors.

 

my neighbor has a red 4th gen. in my opinion it looks like crap. red and maxima dont go together.

 

i have the only rosewood max on campus... there are literally about 40 maxs on uconn campus... most r black, then beige, and a few white and silver... but im the only rosewood... makes things unique... i love the color!

 

I was looking at Edmunds the other day.

They subtract value for Silver, Black, White, and Blue.

They add value for Gold.

Yet, gold seems to be the most common color available (in my search) and it is the one I would be least likely to purchase.

 

Ive seen more then 5 in Minnesota alone .. Dont let BlueC fool you ..

Crimson blaze is not an aftermarket color, it is an option for the 99 SE-Limited's.
