Trouble shifting at times.

Hey guys. I need some help. My 5-speed transmission gives me trouble every once in a while not letting me into the gears. I have to kinda push a little harder than I should to get it in there. Once it's in, it's fine, but it's diffficult. If I leave it running outside while I run in for a bit, it's really hard to shift into first and second. BUT then there are other days when it just slides in like butter! Totally weird. I have Redline MT-L in it and it's about due to be changed. Could it possible just be in need of a change? Any help would be great! Please!

I'm starting to have this problem with 1st or reverse. I really hope its not something internal and something easier such as a slave or master cylinder.

its just the maxima tranny. 1st and reverse are difficult to get into.

next time put it into second first and slide it up towards 1st gear, it should be easier
