300zx Rim Update Part II- 75% DONE!>.......
Ok......SO....I needed the spacers installed with the new studs. The old studs have to be knocked out so I couldn't install them myself.
I dropped the car off Friday AM and they didn't start to work on it until 5pm. Both fronts went on fine with the 5mm spacer. Whew. 50% done. Now the rears. Apparently the 15mm kit worked for the driver side rear, but NOT for the passenger side, the right rear. Come to think of it...that side had to have been in an accident cuz there is some body work on the rear 1/4(another story). So for whatever reason the studs/hub is different than the other 3. The head guy is going to the machine shop in first thing tomm to either try to fix it OR to get a new hub from the dealer(around 90). Then he will put it back together. Bottom Line: I *should* have my car back by this time tommorow and it will stick like glue
Any questions?
