Indash 7" Dvd Head unit

Heard the unit got good reviews. Killer price. Heard I might need a mounting unit and wiring kit. I have a 2000 GLE maxima, Bose System. How difficult would it be to install this rig? Any suggestions? Looks pretty
Also on a side note, my factory woofer works every once in a while, so I'm considering replacing it. Is there an easy swap out to do for it? Or a way I can patch the hole or make the rear tray more secure if I Remove it? Rattles ever so slightly. (I have 2, 10's in the back, and currently I just disconnected it because it couldnt make up its mind weather or not it wanted to work)
