Will a 4th gen Stealin Intake fit on a 3rd gen?

Just curious if this would work.. does anyone know? I know that Stillen sells different intakes for the 3rd and 4th gen, but anyone know the differences? Is it the air sensor?

bracket will fit but the filter is a different size.

I dont know about the stillen, the the JWT intakes and the same for the 3rd and 4th gen.
