You need a power inverter to convert AC to DC. You plug the PS2 into that.

i don't have a ps2, but make sure you do the math. figure out how many watts it needs. for example my xbox requires 2.1 amps with 110v AC. 110 x 2.1 = 231 watts. so i bought a 300 watt power inverter. also figure out if you want to plug something else in. if so, get one with two outlets. figure out if you want to hard wire it or run it off the cigarette lighter. iirc, the fuse on the lighter is 15 amps. that means it'll only handle 180 watts max. when i put my xbox in later, i'll have to hardwire my inverter. i did a test and it will run off the cigarette lighter, but mine came with a 10awg hardwire kit, so i'll just use that.
