tungsten blue eye candy (pics)

just cleaned her up...the color really shines in the sun, i love it but its a pain to keep clean
what do you guys think???

exactly what i was thinking....
i think you should post this in 'the great picture thread' in the stickes at the top of the 5th gen forums or the member rides forum and delete this one before a mod catches you and you get banned..

Looks great to me. Every 2nd car is grey/silver and every 3rd car is black. Tungsten blue is the way to go.

Looks great, jeepik. Those rims are awesome, and you gotta love the Stillen Classic lip. I just got a few questions...

1) Have you tried some 3M or Mother's plastic polish on those headlights? The passenger one looks a little hazy in that close shot of it.

2) Did you do something to the hood latch? Your hood gap looks so much smaller than most other 5.5 Maxes out there. I want my gap to be that small, damn it.

Good thing my sheer metallic silver is so rare also...

the headlights arent worth polishing, i drive the hell out of the car, they get covered by bugs and road debris daily

only thing i have done to the hoodlatch is put a little bit of electrical tape on it so it would sit a little lower

sorry the tungsten blue was only avaliable in 2002

I think I saw a sheer metallic this weekend in a parking lot. I did a double-take because I've never seen that color before.

i dunno probably 6 hours or so, considering i had to claybar her, cost.....priceless...or technically free since i had all the detailing stuff

she's back to being dirty though

The color isnt really rare if you live in NY, i see a bunch of them in brooklyn and queenz but with the wheels, it looks good. good luck keeping her clean
