brakes sticking?

I think my brakes are sticking, because sometimes when I brake hard, my car like goes to "neutral" or something. When I let go of the brake my car starts to reverse very slowly. Then when my rpm goes past 2000 rpm my car jerks and I start going forward again. How do I fix it?

- please take the time to post clearly... if you want people to help you, they have to understand what you are trying to describe.

If by reversing, you mean when you are backing up, and you release the brakes, the car doesn't reverse at a speed that you would expect, then yes, that could be sticking brakes. The lurching would not be caused by sticking brakes.

No, I'm sorry if I didn't explain correctly. Ok here is typical scenario:
Driving- Brake Hard- I feel my brakes sticking from the pedal- I let go of the brakes and the car starts to backwards very slowly- I press on the accelerator- After 2000 rpm my car finally goes forward after a jerk.
Hopefully this should clarify the confusion. By the way I don't know if the brakes sticking is causing this problem. However, I feel something whenever I brake hard.
