I'll try to make this the last newb q - Hooking power wire to battery terminal?

Do I have to buy an adapter to attach the power wire to the positive battery terminal? I bought a wiring package for $20, but it didn't include an adapter. After looking around, I see that these are like $25 for just the adapter. I'm just making sure there isn't another way to go about attaching the power wire.

Thanks

Why would you want to lock the tread? If anything delete it after he gets his answer.

Anyway BigLou forums are for asking questions. As far as conneting the wire KPR is correct there is a terminal ring you have to get. First find out what gauge wire came in your amp kit to ensure the ring will fit also make sure it is big enough to secure down to the + of the battery.
