Is this sound entirely normal?

It seems like it's coming from the tranny. If so, is my tranny on its way out?

I get the same noise i think its the sticky gears or solenoids not sure if its the tranny, does your tranny seem like its gonan go out by slippage or irratic shifting? how many miles?
