Drill Points in a 00vi when mounting to a 4th Gen Lower Intake Manifold..Pic provided

where do I/should I drill the holes into the 00vi (what is recommended)?

and the two bolts on each Lower Intake Manifold End are blocked by the rectangular holes you see on each end of the 00vi..So I guess i drill a hole to make way for those 2?
