New ones are expensive. Get a working used one either of Ebay or the 4th Gen Classifieds forum.

I highly recommend not to buy used MAF from eBay, particularly from a used part company in NC. I've just made a mistake to buy one (for closed to $100.00) and I could not believe what I got -- a broken MAF that has only two mounting holes. I could accept a bad MAF but this one was deformed.
