1. what material will these be made out from?
2. will the mesh be powdercoated? if not, could we order them unpainted to get them coated?
3. also, do you have the black bars to go beside the fog light like the original chop, or will that be mesh too?
4. finally, have you found fog lights yet or a way to set up H3 bulbs with the original setup?
thanks Corey for all you've done!

WOW that is gorgeous. I love it. Do you think its too low in front where it will get scraped or even broken? Ah, who cares. Its really beautiful. I wonder if I should trade my Stillen lip and mesh grill for this?? Any opinions?

Ya know what, If it is durable..Id be in for it (even though I think it needs side skirts..etc...but thats no big deal, id still do the bumper first)

I dontknow about you guys, but my front bumper is all rough from the highway driving and has chips all over it (very tiny ones, but the bottom one is especially bad) So, just bc of that Id prefer to get this than repaint the original. I cant wait to see it painted.

Looking good, can't wait to see the final product. I agree with tek tho, that it doesn't go well by itself tho, and it'll be nicer when its all available. Right now that bumper is too low, i'd never make it in my driveway.

Thanks guys, it will be very durable as for its made of Flexible fiberglass. not basic fiber. The height issue, I am trying to find out if its just because his car is low already or not . I will have more questions answeres as well on Monday

I need the help of 3 people
1. Stock not lowered -Can someone go out side and measure the clearance from the front bumper to the ground and next the the tire gap, top of the wheel well to the fender., also tell what tire size you have.
2. Lowered on Eibach's please do the same as person 1
3. Someone lowered and have a stillen kit, do the same as 1 .

We are being very **** to get you guys a great product, thanks for youir help.

Corey

Damn Corey, that looks hot, I have a CHUBBY...

I think the front grill hieght looks great, maybe the preception of it being really low comes from the slight down angle of the sides in relationship to the front wheels, which IMO could be shaved to look more straight (1"-1-1/2" est shaving at most).

Shop, driveway, speedbump, or pothole clearance is always the stopping factor for people not buying great ground effects kits, your design is superior in looks and taste, don't give them any excuses not to buy it. Corey, to you and your team.

Also I measured:
top of well to ground: 28 3/4"

fender to ground: 24 1/2"
bumper to grille tooth: 11"

For the side skirts:
door to ground: 11"
bottom to ground: 7 3/4"
mud flap to ground: 5"

For the Rear:
trunk lip to ground: 27"
rear fender(above side of bumper) to ground: 26 1/2"
rear gap: 1/2"
rear well to ground: 27 1/4"
width (diameter) of rear gap: 30 1/4"

Hope this helps Corey.

dont get me wrong. it is definatly the best looking kit i think we will get for this model. it just sits to low. right know the bottom of my bumper is in line with the bottom of my side skirts, and this piece sits a good 1-2" lower. so unless i get bagged this will just not be an option at this time. however i do really like the look.

you guys know that side skirts and a rear bumper are following to make everything even right? also the pic above is a lowered car. The bumper has to be lower than stock and I'm sure they will make it just right for lowered cars.

I like it that low, is just that I would need the whole kit to go with it.. I would not get the bumper by itself..

I agree, you can pretty much look at ANY car with just a front bumper add-on and its gonna look really low in the front without sideskirts. I think a lot of of you will probably rethink it all when the front is painted or the side skirts are added and it looks more sleek and complete. since the side skirts are on the way I wouldn't let this stop you from picking up this awesome front bumper.

I like what I have on the car but I like this a LOT. Please tell me what to do!!!!!!!!
1. Keep what I have, or
2. Get the front but not the rest, or
3. Get rid of all the Stillen stuff and replace whole body kit.

Deus, thats hard to answer since we have an idea, however don't know what the sides and rear will truely look like yet until finished, I think for you the front would look awesome and not out of place since you already have Stillen sides and a rear.

If for some reason, I did not like the sides or rear, I would match RedLineMax new front bumper with the Stillen sides and rear because I like it a lot better than the Sorna (IMO). I also think if RedLineMax designed such an awesome front, he will follow suit with awesome sides and rear.

I think your car with Coreys newly designed front end would look so hot, you would have to buy that Hot
B!tch of yours, a MUZZLE...

Provided the side skirts are the same distance from the ground as the new front end...it will look good...If not, it might look completely wrong.

You need to know exactly how far that new front is from the ground at the front wheel well, and measure how far your side skirts are from the ground...if it matches up closely...buy the front end only first and see how it looks.

Stillen botched the rear end because it is misaligned with the tailpipes...Either it is their way to con people into buying their exhaust (which presumeably looks right with the kit) or they can't measure.

You have nothing to lose really by losing the stillen kit...The front is just a lip, and the rear was executed poorly.

Im waiting to see the whole 4 pc package...and sold individualy as well.

....I don't know if this has been asked yet or not so excuse the ignorant question you said that with this front bumper it automatically comes with the mesh grill? What if a person such as myself really doesn't like the mesh grill and rather prefer something along the lines of the E&G grill or even the Trenz grill can you still replace the grill or is it "what you see is what you get"? I'm very interested in getting this bumper, but I'd like to know that if you an alter the grill or not, or if you'll sell them with different option grills.

Also, as far as the fogs are concerned is there anyways to put HID's on those and what happens to the corner lights?

Feeling the bumper but I'd like some more info in regards to those 2 questions.

Thanks

Actually your factory or any aftermarket grill you like will be used on this bumper, the mesh will only fill the bottom holes. You would lose the corner lights if you use the aftrermarket fogs instead.

i measured the distance from the bottom of my fender to the ground and came up with 6 1/2" and this is on intrax springs.
