What are the chances of swapping a skyline engine into our 4th gen?? Would this convert the car to AWD? How much do you think this would cost?

 

Physically, the engine would probably fit.
It would do nothing about converting the car to AWD -- that's an entirely different animal.

However, it would be an enormous pain-in-the-butt project, and the price would be way to prohibitive to make it worth it.
