New Image Gallery: www.6thgenmaxima.org

Hello all,

As you guys know, Carcus started a website with pictures of our Maximas. He's going to be overseas soon and I volunteered to take over. I decided to create a home for all the images to be displayed in a gallery.

The website is www.6thgenmaxima.org

This website's main purpose is the image gallery. It is not intended to be in confliction with this site, maxima.org. I simply wanted a nice home on the internet for an awesome car.

The forum on 6thgenmaxima.org will be used as an easy way for you guys to post pictures that you want added to the image gallery.

The website is still under construction. Please take a look and let me know if you have any suggestions. Thanks!

Nice work , why not add an international section for us non US maxs...there is only the NZ forum and this one and not a lot of 6th Gen's abound...

If you need any images, just check out my cardomain page. I got a cool photoshop there. If you want a bigger one I'll email to you. The site looks real nice.

Edit: I noticed you only got one Liquid Silver picture. PM me if you need another one.

I am getting rid of the cloth door panels and replacing it with leather. Will post pictures and hopefully you can use them on the site.

Will show what a maxima would look like with leather door panels instead of cloth!

PaL379, I thought about replacing the cloth w/ suede or something else. If you don't mind me asking, about how much does that cost?

well I have a stock SE with no leather, so I'm getting the front steats, back bench seat, and all door panels replaced with leather for $800. I guess I can ask him how much just the doors would cost, to give ya an estimate. I'll pick up the car thursday a.m. (left it there for the day)

the only thing he couldnt do was the dash, but I said thats no problem because its only a small amount on the dash. just the sides gotta go

Wow, that's pretty good deal. I thought it would cost ~$500 just for the door panels. Thanks.

I thought about suede to keep the stock look, but it can get just as dirty and as difficult to clean. Leather/leatherette seem to be the best options.

Warren, why do you want more pics, I'll just meet up with you an show you first hand. But I will get more pics later after work.

I got it done in Elizabeth NJ, right off the Gothels Bridge.

* Update, the dude was out of work for the day. I guess I'll find out tomorrow how much something like just the doors will run.
