The other day I was talking to my cuz. We were outside and close to my car. He notices my clear bumper lights and he says "you know your clear lights won't pass inpection right?" He tells me that the side remarker has to be orange. He said that he's '00 accord with clear head lights didn't pass neither. Why must we have to have orange side markers? Anyone in PA pass the test with the clear lights?

 

and the local laws BUT to be honest if you still have your oem markers what's the big deal about?You are talking about a 1 min swap with a screw driver.

i talked to my friend that is a cop and here is mass they are bastards about inspection here and her said that as long as the bulbs are amber it doesn't matter what color the lenses are, so your all set. If you were ANDYXXL and had clear bulbs in your clear corners then you might have a problem.
